Henshin is a collaborative effort with the great Leicester Vintage and Old Toy Shop, which has been in business since 2008.

Run by Joseph Hand, Leicester Vintage has toured across Europe buying toys, whilst producing a successful YouTube channel for Toyshop on Tour.

Henshin started out as a small section inside Leicester Vintage and Old Toy Shop, selling exclusively Japanese vinyl figurines, such as Godzilla, Ultraman and Dragon Ball Z.

Within months, the section devoted to Japanese products grew - and we suddenly required an entire shop to fit it all in. 

That's where we come in, providing a shiny new physical store dedicated to Japanese culture, robots and cult film.

We are primarily a physical store, but products can be available for shipment upon request.

All of our merchandise comes from reliable suppliers, with close ties to manufacturers.

New releases are available regularly, so pop in-store to ask about future products.
